Most tabloid sites are like that, it was clearly pushing an agenda. The actual document doesn't say half the shit it insinuates or what bohol insinuated. All it says is that air control will be controlled from Hargeysa, Bosaaso & Mogadishu. I have no contentions with that & it's more or less of what I posted in number 2, ie each controlling their own/ If anything Reer PL should be celebrating that they don't have to worry about their money missing in xamar

The doc was from whatever koonfur site bohol posted It doesn't state a central control at all, it says the control will be from each region(hargeisa, mogadishu & bosaaso), I have no contentions with that and is more or less point 2 of what I mentioned ie each region controlling their own.

I don't believe I have ever heard of a country forced by a UN body to negotiate with a secessionist region within its recognized borders!

All maamul goboleed (maamulka puntland maamulka galmudug maamulka sland etc) and federal govt will share the revenues equally.
The control center will be in Xamar tho.

Number 3 was brought up when they were thinking to control it from India, sychelles, number 1 was what was brought up in Turkey and it looks like #2 was chosen. Hargeysa will control theirs and mamulka somalia her own. If mamulka soomaliya controlled everything it would've been a black hole kkkk

Somalia was meeting with ICAO and the video shows they've already decided to give it back.
SL is meeting with Somalia... it's not that confusing. I'm not sure why some of you assume there is a third party forcing it.
