Maybe reparations by fixing structural inequalities. I don't think giving money in the bank for every African American person is logistically feasible. Also, people have bad spending habits, especially the poor; it could backfire by exacerbating current trends.

The comparison is ridiculous. The ancestors of white trash were not enslaved for 400 years and then had their descendants systematically oppressed for 150 years post slavery. White racists already went to civil war once cause they did not want to free slaves if they want to lose another war that's up to them.
