No one in his right mind will show up at someone's property and say they own it unless they have ownership papers dating before 1990s that carry the signature of the last Muqdisho governor. Also, if there are neighbors left, they will be able to testify.

There is no reason for someone to fear or put up excuses when it comes to property ownership. Your fears can easily be addressed with documents.
