Its not because of pills. Its typically due to health issues. I think Somalis need to put more of an emphasis into health care especially women care and maternity/postpartum care. I keep on hearing about people getting terribly ill its so sad we need to start building asap.

Somalis back home look so bakhti and very unhealthy, it hurts seeing how healthy and good we used to look back home until the 90s entered. Now a lot of them look like they been stuck in the underground world for a long time. There needs to be a change in the Somalia diet and bring strict beauty standard were in order to get any good job you need to follow the brand new beauty standard. We have to sift our unhealthy, peculiar looking somalis from ever representing us outside Somalia. We need to take note in hiw South Korea takes beauty standards seriously.
Widespread bleaching is causing vitamin D deficiency , which is essential for nutrition absorption. Thats why they resort to pills to fatten up. They become pale and constant hungry with damaged skin

I saw documentaries about the effects of their pills subhanAllah. We need to ban it but I have a sneaky feeling they won’t since the men actually think it looks good. Caato looks so much better on us. We NEVER look good with weight as people.

It's all a mess somali men back.home look out of place before the 90s they had smaller forehead now it's the opposite, they need to bring in hair transplant and other treatment to cure receding hairline and healthy diet to combat big foreheads.
