As for Drake, if I remember correctly, he went to a very multicultural public school and Toronto’s rap scene is dominated with Somalis so I guess that’s what happened.

It's a common misconception that's pushed by laymen. In Judaism/Hebrew culture, the faith is passed down through the Mother and the lineage/ethnic identity is passed down through the Father.

So if your Father is a Jew but you're Mother is a non-Jew then you're automatically an Ethnic Jew regardless of your faith or lack off.

I do know polygamy was accepted prior to the 1000s amongst the Ashkenazi so I guess they took shiksa wives
