Gaalo have simply watered down, secularized and "liberalized" Christianity. It is pretty much of the same tradition as Islam. To be honest, medieval Christians at times didn't even see Islam as a separate faith but merely as a "heretical" form of Christianity itself. There's a reason the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and Ali (RA) are depicted in the 9th circle of hell (Canto 28) of Dante's Inferno as “sowers of religious discord”. Dante saw the Prophet as someone who caused a schism within the body of Christianity — not someone who founded a wholly foreign religion.
We are of the same religious tradition as these people. They've just mucked about with theirs more.
