What's all this about Black Lives Matter defending the cop?
They're certainly going to defend him from racists but for the most part police brutality is police brutality. Just look at the death of Freddie Gray, the cop responsible was black.
The wild card in this situation was the fact that it was a white Australian woman, that's what's really throwing everything off. From what I gathered a lot of prominent BLM leaders, like Shaun King as I mentioned earlier, are using this to show others that police brutality "has no race."
