Saw the vid before and after it happened. None of the men were carrying machetes and the wounds looked like bullet holes rather than done by a knife.

So they aren’t just making up that they were slaughtered with machetes or something similar? I’ve seen pics on telegram of the bodies and it doesn’t look like they were chopped up but can’t say for sure since they are blurred. If they were chopped up it’s gonna take heaven and earth to stop the ensuing violence. Knowing that region I don’t doubt the very real possibility they were mutilated.

This is the second time troops were slaughtered in Ceel Baraf by these same people. Nothing was done last time and of course here we are again so you may be onto something. What is the point of liberating land from shabaab if it’s just going to be taken over by people installing dozens of isbaaro and slaughtering troops the same way shabaab was?
