This one is different because these guys weren't captured in a battle or killed on the battlefield. They were FGS soldiers taken off a vehicle passing through and were recorded being murdered knowing they were FGS troops because of their qabiil. There is also the added possibility of mutilation of their bodies which is a new low. Second time this was done by the same folks in the same area too. First time nothing was done and it happens again ofcourse.
