I watched something on it a long time ago but it’s made of everything, bone, hoofs, head, of an animal like goat, lamb, cow. Main takeaway is that you never know what they added. This is why I only order shish kebab.

Somali food is waaay too oily and it always makes my stomach slightly upset an hour subsequent to the consumption of the food.

Nonetheless, it is still delicious depending on how you consume it. (ex. Oodkaac with Malawaax, Hiliib ari with bariis, etc.)
