Looks like Djibouti took care of their fgm issue. I think what was most helpful for them was the fact that a large chunk of Djibouti's population resides in urban areas.
FGM is disgusting and big unjust to women. Them celebrating it only indicates how brain washed they are.
She went to a lot of horror. She absolutely have all the right to talk about what she went through.
