My guess is that test levels are dropping because we don't need high test anymore? We go to high school, college, get a job, work, retire, die. Compare that to the tens of thousands of years of human history when entire tribes would get massacred, and men had to go to war and defend themselves, when most people would die of diseases and starvation. Today we got air conditioning, electricity, internet, transportation, supermarkets, new clothes, medicine, rule of law, etc. Men aren't going out to fight in wars, the only action they'll see is on COD. Test levels dropping = evolution. My hunch.

You can filter that water (requires a plumber) and doesn't come cheap, or alternatively use natural soap's all over the body first and then quickly rinse it off with cold water (no shampoo), religiously it's disliked to waste water.

The real danger is showering in hot water for 10-30 minutes which most people do, once those pores open up and all that dirt gets in and you inhale that poisoned steam into your lungs regularly, your pretty much fucked, the same with steam rooms and swimming pools that are even more toxic

You don't have to sacrifice anything, bad smell comes from bad diet, once you eliminate these you eliminate much of the problems, the rest is taken care of by crystal salts.
