I honestly think it’s kind of a good thing that most immigrants will head back because as shown in statistics and data non western people aren’t capable of handling all the freedom and liberalism that comes with living in that land. Maybe the diaspora will have a good self reflection and try to better their countries seeing how the world is much more than what they originally thought
