somali men attire

i have searching the origin of the JOUKE but unfortunately i couldn't the origin but it was worn widely in many regions like Somalis, Sudanese and afars.
also i gave been searching where the word JOUK originated neither i found but i ask myself isn't this word close to the Somali word JOOG since we have been using LABO GO' so widely and they were KOR-GASHI iyo HOOS-GASHI so i though they named this attire JOOG like our women named the dress ISKU JOOG.
i found that SHARMAKE ALI was wearing a cloth like JOUKE and TURBAN or DUUB.

Even the Omani JOKHA isn't same with the JOUKE we had worn

This is Omani JOKHA

so why shouldnt we bring back the JOUKE and make it our traditional men attire
1. JOUKE or JOOG
2. DUUB
3. SHAAL
4. well designed HANGOOL
5. SOMALI SANDALS

-Or also our LABO GO'

btw our traditional attire now is out of cloak although many of the travel and explorers aimed our clothes and there was a cloak in it

Majority of the oldest somali men wear is always huwasho iyo hoos'gunti... we just need to have these in higher quality material and it's good to go.

Something that not even 2% of the Somali population weared isn't technically our general somali culture.

Also the huwasho and huwasho iyo hoosgunti can be styled in many many ways.

Majority of cultures wear what the upper middle class wore. Nobody says i wanna dress in my cultural heritage and wears peasant clothes.

We are our own worst enemies. Other ethnicities like to highlight the nobility class of their civilisation but we love to highlight the most destitute members of our society. They like to pretend all of our history is just nomads.
