Somali men cultural clothes

I always see people talking about joukes and the two rags (lamagoodle or something like that) when discussing somali cultural clothes for men, but what about these clothes.

Anyone know what they are called:

The second photo might not be clear enough because it's small, so you might think it's a jouke, however if you see the bigger image on google it doesn't look like a jouke. To me it looks more like a white cloak.

Feel free to post more images of male cultural somali clothes that's not a jouke or rag if you have any.

Somalis had many different styles. One piece I really like is the Qolxad, we should bring it back as an adornment for our outfits.

Not a Qolxad here but Billao and they're rocking it beautifully.

We completely ditched our culture what a travesty.

1965 pictures of Dir Dhaba. I could post so much more, but honestly, my question is: what can we do to revive these traditional clothes? Right now, some places in Somaliland still preserve their culture. I think the problem is mostly in the south. For example, I once went to a small village in Awdal, and people were dressed culturally not in pants and such. But you won’t find that even in tuulos in the south.

In the first photo, the dudes on the sidelines they still dress like that in what’s the city above Jigjiga? Like the mountainous area and then it’s Wajaale? Idrm been awhile. Well the camel, cow and goat hoarders dress like that. Especially when you go up the mountain I’d see the goat herder dressed like that. But when you go to the city it was mainly Awoowes dressed like this. Those 1948 and up. The country folk preserve the traditional culture but the city people are more modernized. Except the women still wear Somali clothes. The men no.
