This is the early 60s. wasn't a long time ago.

Somalis wore Western suits as well during these times. Arabs wore suits under their thobe as well.

Still doesn't make my statement untrue that the resemblance doesn't mean we copied their style.

Somali men, and Madow men, don't look good in Khaleeji outfits. In fact, the only people that look good in Khaleeji clothes, are Khaleejis.

I get second hand embarrassment when I see this mfs pulling up in a full khaleeji fit they think it’s a religious clothing when it’s not it’s cultural to the gulf Arabs even Levantine don’t wear it and other Muslim Arabs

Somalis have been wearing this attire way before the 9th century. This was recorded by the Chinese during that period.

Literally just seen this. today is saudi’s founding day and a lot foreigners in Saudia are wearing their clothes and flags to celebrate with them and that made some Saudi niggas angry .
