Anyways real question I’m going to Somalia soon and I need a new packing list, reer dhaqan celis anything you wish you’d have taken with you or left behind. Or anything your glad you took with you because it ended up being useful?

Sunglasses a lot of them because locals tend to want it when they see that you've them on.
Ballet shoes (avoid open toe sandals because of rocks and stuff)
Bug repellent spray

I second this. They got clear spray sunscreen now, I use it myself and it is like oil based clear and not that white patchy stuff one. Also the Mosquitoes there have Malaria so bring enough mosquito repellent.
