This may be shocking to many people but UK is the least openly racist country in Europe. You will have more opportunities in the UK than anywhere else. I have seen many who had European passports migrate to the UK because of bette life quality and the somali communities. You will know at least few people in the UK and you can assimilate faster.
Even now with the far right gaining momentum in the UK it is still attractive. I know someone who lives in Norway and and she says people stare at her all the time because of her racial identity and being a Muslim and she never seen a somali in her town. And she has to take a train to visit the mosque as it is far away.
