Somali wiki is shit

Look oral tradition states that ajuraan from the hawiya clan were the rulers of southern somalia and historical source mention one power in these coasts "the hawiya". You said that the ajuraan rose up in the 16th century but how can that be when the yaqubi imams and the bimaal clan overthrow them between the 16th-17th century? You mean to tell me they were overthrown as soon as they were established? All oral tradition from the coast and the interior points to the pre 16th century rule of the ajuraan.
Yes, they lasted for almost a century. Also Ajuran imams do not exceed five. This shows that their rule did not last long

The yaqubi imams hail from the abgal clan, do you know what bah abgal clan belong too? They're bah ajuraan and not any ajuraan but that of the ruling family. Already by the time of abgal the ajuraan were the ruling family of southern somalia. Do you know how many the imam yaqub count until abgal? He counts 10, that means the ajuraan were already ruling for ten generation until imam yaqub's time which translates to at least 300 years.

I don't think i can convince you on this one so let's agree to disagree.
