I don't think that's a real excuse. It is easy to shift weight if you put in the work. I know women who had 5 or more children but you wouldn't be able to tell from their figure. I think it's either because they don't prioritise losing weight or they don't see it as a big deal. It's usually excused by ' heblaayo intaas caruur bee dashee sidaas darteed bee isku dhex yaacday ama caloosha uu fakatay.' But really if they made real effort to lose the weight they'd feel healthier and wouldn't look so worn out.
