somali word use of ''dee''

Is the word 'dee' at the beginning/end of a sentence in certain sentences like ''soo dheeg dee'' mainly used by northern somalis or universal to all somalis. i don't even know the exact meaning of it but I know its a shortened ''haddee''.

There was barely any Somalis where I lived!!!The only Somali I’ve grown up hearing was my family’s and we all come from Xamar.
