Not true. They have on average 40% Somali DNA with some as much as 60%. On 23andMe, they tend to process the extra Somali DNA as Ethiopian/Eritrean. Also, the vast majority of cadcads I’ve met has at least an ethnic Somali grandmother or great grandmother.
