PL share is 100% of its own oil sxb. As the others said, there probably ain’t oil anywhere else.
Time will tell, they usually do rely only on themselves so what you say is consistent. It’s just that PL has no recognition so if it made an oil deal, there wouldn’t be as much profit as normal.
Petroleum law says PL is entitled to the other regions oil too. So that Somalis grows together. If LG and QQ don’t get their share either then they’ll definitely become opposition.
