Somalia attorney general is Ethiopian citizen

Somalia 's attorney-general Ahmed Ali Dahir holds Ethiopian citizen & before that he held high positions in Ethiopian judiciary. The issue is his loyalty (for Somalia or Ethiopia) we have border disputes with Kenya and Ethiopia and Somalis from these 2 countries (Ethiopia) and Kenya should not hold any position in Somalia.
