Did You think so, only 3 fighter jets and destroy entire somaliland army , Somalia already get its pilots trained by Turkey, last pilot of Somaliland is Muse bixi, even somaliland does not have right to have fighter jets

Do you seriously believe any of the pilots will be in service anytime soon considering the current turmoil in the South? Besides, the trained pilots will be redundant since the SFG cannot procure (nor afford) fighter jets due to the current arms embargo.

Most of all, you didn't take into account the UAE military base in Berbera which would undoubtedly be completed before the SFG ever gets it shit together.

There's no need to capture Somaliland. It's still part of Somalia, just need to arrest key figures that are keeping the ictiraaf dream running. You can also ban khat in Somalia and stop khat coming in so the money doesn't go towards funding ictiraaf.

Just ask Aabo afweyne and his henchmen how that went
Somaliland did not win this war the regime is Collapsed in South because of UNC then Omar Arte aired on BBC somali as Somalia PM, Somali National arm to surrender SNM in North Somalia and UNC in South Somalia.

With blood and Iron will we reach the fatherland
If you conquer a region the people will resent you, however in Somalia's case its got bigger fish to fry. The souths has to destroy AS, kick out Amisom and fix the political infrastructure. Once the south gets things like roads that connect the farmlands to the ports and towns and gets basic infrastructure the Somali-land region people will ask to come back. It's up to the politicians if they want to burn in the new political landscape or jump ship and stay politically alive.
