Don't confuse Mogadishu with sewage city Hargeisa kkk. Majority of the roads of Mogadishu are paved.

Hargeisa does have roads but most of them aren't paved which I agree on. However, didn't I show you a future project which will make Hargeisa have all paved roads including pavements, stop lights and street lights? Somaliland isn't a lost cause, our economy will blow up after the Berbera construction is completed, inshallah.

As for Mogadishu, the central government doesn't even control the outskirts of the capital and AS is getting stronger so reer konfuur are in a critical situation at the moment.

It was local investors. If the government uses taxes wisely they can build all the major roads in south Somalia and not only Mogadishu.

@Bohol Isn't Pland building a road from Erigavo to Bosaso? I think they'll start from the outskirts of Erigavo where the Warsangeli live. It should at the very least increase trade between Sanaag and Bari.

That is a hinterland road from Yubbe to Ceel Dahir. It is not a coastal one. Indeed it will increase trade between the different communities.
