I could agree with you but then we’d both be wrong

Mashallah! Beautiful pictures of Maydh and Ras Xumbays. The FGS is currently busy with the Nation's peace process but soon those funds used for security measures will be invested in cities and towns that can generate revenue for the government.

Xumbays is so clean and untouched.

Don't confuse Mogadishu with sewage city Hargeisa kkk. Majority of the roads of Mogadishu are paved.

I am very surprised to hear Xamar having bettter roads than Hargeysa since Xamar roads are comparable to bacyaal.

How is it driving through Hargeysa? Is it bumpy? Are there any major proper paved roads?

@Bohol After security, the pavements of new roads should be the # 1 concern of all Gobols. We can't be having a 1 hour trip for a 20 mile drive in between destinations.

Why do you suggest prioritizing coastal roads btw, for fisherman/farmers to increase trade or for Tourism? The latter isn't even remotely possible as of now so I'm assuming this concerns trade and the flow of goods.

Only 1 in central Hargeisa. Majority of the city roads are not paved though. This is one of the few mild paved roads in Hargeisa and it is filled with trash. Wa meel dhimatay.

It would help the movement of goods and increase trade. A lot of reer waqooyi eat fish nowadays. Ceerigaabo gets fish from Xarshow and other coastal areas.

Mudug menaces don't mince their words
I seen the pictures, it looks beautiful, was the roads and new buildings built by the fg or is Hawiye spending money out of their pocket?
Turkey built the Maka Al-Mukarrama road, but the most important roads in xamar are Wadnaha and 30ka which was built by the locals. There is also a road starting from Madina to Bakaraha it is called Danwadaagta. Iirc that is the longest paved road in Muqdisho also built by the Locals.

The latest one is Buulo Xuubey :rejoice:

The other side of Warshadaha is quite dangerous tbh :browtf:

@Bohol They can't even build a road from Afgooye to Xamar, I'd be suprised if they spent a penny on Sanaag. Like always, we've to go it alone, both governments are incompetent.:ivers:

The road from Muqdisho to Afgoye is now paved. Here is the Afgoye adminstration talking about it. The road costed more than $2m and the General Somali public paid the biggest percentage of that money.

Mogadishu roads are closed 1/3 of the year on lock down due to terror threat . Lol it's a stress using Mogadishu's roads . Residents hate it .
Hargeisa roads are 10x better overall .
