This is very lofty budget. The world is changing and cutting of support so donor goal seems impossible. private investment number seems like stretch and so does FGS spend. When its total annnual budget is 1 billion with alot of aid to get there

No it’s not on hand . I won’t say impossible but it’s gonna be very hard. As long as Al shabab exists it will be hard to make major progress. The world also cutting bsck. For reference our annual budget right now 1 billion with almost half donations

It is interesting that the costs for rehab per km (0.65mil/km) or new construction per kilometre (1.32mil/km) is the same for all of these jobs.

I would have thought they would be pretty different from project to project.
