Firstly he did not say support intended for the states are stolen or not reaching them. He's talking about support meant for the Fed. Govt. he's suggesting a differnt approach. Not the same thing.

But even if he was making the claim farm does, that the Fed govt is stealing money from donors meant for the states, that still wouldn't be actual evidence it's just a guy in a video. Finding actual evidence should be very easy for a claim he makes so often like it's fact lool.

Actually the Fed Govt has been praised for its transparency and fighting against corruption.
