It can't be eritrea as punt was easily accessible to the sea and the Ethiopian mountains are not, nor can it be Tanzania as they don't have Frankincense and myrrh. Finally it can't be the Arabian peninsula as punt was mentioned to have zebras which are not found in the peninsula.
