It's more than 1 tribe we've had a president from a different tribe, and we've had a non Isaaq VP for 8 straight years now in addition to some years before that. It's also more than Burco, Berbera , Hargeisa ; you're forgetting the great Isaaq city of Ceerigabo the capital of Sanaag and also we control the capital of Sool which is Las Anod. In addition to those cities we also have the great city of Borama . Awdal State doesn't exist
