Somalia small city

Which small city would you purchase in Somalia. For instance, there are a lot of little coastal towns that can be easily fixed. The city has to be one with problems you have to solve. For instance, there are coastal cities where sandstorms take over, but these winds and sand are from the ocean. To resolve this problem, you would have to plant trees that are saltwater tolerant. For instance, Mangroves grow in Somalia and these trees grow in the ocean; they can protect from strong winds entering the city and cause sandstorm and sand plying in the city.

Sxb we gone be both in Puntland . I wanted to be at Geesaley it's town who was 40 acres of date trees and it's perfect farming land. The people in that city actually kept farm skills the past 30 years. They have lived stock herds and taught them to keep live stock away from the farm lands. Geesaley could be the bread basket of Puntland. Also Italian left a lot of old factory there I don't know what kind but this city has good bones to start producing stuff for exporting global.
