SL revenue is majority airport and port fees.

They should have khat VAT and they'll get easily get into the billions.

Even more impressive since their budget is bigger then Somalia's

Somaliland has the lowest corporate tax rates in the region (around 10%) while Kenya and Ethiopia charges about 25-30% in corpoate taxes. They can double the rates and still be competitive.

It's not fair that large companies like Dahabshil and Telesom pay a tiny amount in taxes while camel traders are being overburdened by export fees.
