Before you guys go cussing out SL. This type of stuff doesn’t happen without the say so of the president. It’s the same as the awdal port, and how ethiopia claims to the UN that the president of Somalia is complicit. But he hides it under fake anger.

They don't have AA systems, also this is slowly inching me closer and closer to advocating for awdal and SSC to be reintegrated and the rest of "somaliland" to left be but I don't want to stoop to their level and become a qabiilist but this is a hard mental struggle inching me to the dark side.

If airlines enter Somalia airspace without permission from Xamar tower they will lose their insurance costing them billions. Landers are digging their own grave because without security assurance from federal goverment the risk to the airplane and airline will outweigh the reward thus prompting the insurance company to cancel the airline’s package.

Hargeisa can send notification to ICAO making all the airspace over Somalia disputed.

You definitely must have the IQ of a bug if you believe unrecognised states will get to control an airspace. Every country that wishes to regulate its airspace must acquire approval from ICAO because every airline or flight is automatically registered in their system and ICAO gives Grant to Only Recognised UN member Countries not states or regions.

Once the conflicting signals start. The ICAO will have to resume control like they had in 2019 but it's not an ideal situation but for Hargeisa who saw neither the control or the revenues from the agreements made in Istanbul it's less of a loss.
