I asked you for a source where he was following that law. Since our argument was about Somalia trying to prevent Berbera development. I already presented a news article proving that he was sabotaging the Berbera port deal by ing to Saudi Arabia, who promptly told home to fck off. Where is your proof he was not against the Berber deal. Don't hide behind rhetorical jargon you dont even understand.
