they wanted a cement warehouse to export oman cement to somaliland not build berbera cement factory

All Government Assets should be made PPP maybe even a somaliland airways can emerge from a PPP

Berbera has large deposits of high grade gypsum. No more importing cement

Ireland has a large number of gypsies to are they worth a lot as well? what about Romanian gypsies ?

Then again this factory could be bought with the government providing bonds a decent cement factory is $100 mill thats $2000 bond to 50,000 people which is much less than the 100 of thousands of somalilanders in the diaspora and with a lot of disposable income this will only make dahabshill kuwait richer than the citzens
