I don't see alot of potential in Hargeisa as its already overpopulated and badly planned out, building new roads will be like putting lipstick on a pig. Lasscanood on the other hand has alot potential to be a world class city thanks to the ingenuity of the locals and funding by our friends in SL. Its just too bad they wont see a penny back on their investment.

Doesn't matter, I doubt the statistics has changed much. This region is a blackhole and by far the poorest region in the north.
Where do you think that money comes from? Helicopters dropping bags of cash from the sky? It comes from Western Somaliland principally Kalabaydh Customs Tax Revenue and Berbera Port. The Local governments don't raise funds, there isn't a council tax mate this aint' the UK.
