You know while I was there these dogs where everywhere but they never bother anyone ..actually the only animal that bothered someone was I seen a male dameer chasing a female dameer because he sexually hurt her and she ran into a qaad lady kiosk...that donkey was fully erected..so he wanted in uu ku aaso..she ran and she ran into people's businesses

If they are burying them alive, that's disgusting. Whoever thought of that has no morals. I heard the local veterinarians were calling for it not to happen, I guess they were ignored.

In hargeisa you'd see like 15 dogs together either hiding in the shade or just roaming the streets. They're scared of people and they're malnourished but they're still a threat. It's best to control their numbers but it should be done humanely.
