Why are there no wild dogs in Puntland? What's up with that.
Only stray animals I saw in Puntland's cities were cats, goats, and green baboons (lmao). No dogs.

My brother had a dog few years ago in Hargeisa..he has a mansion, wife and kids there and goes back every year...he had that dog for protection purposes but the dog was malnourished bc of his local wife,.she did not see the value of a dog, she skipped meals on him and then when she realized that she didn't feed him she'll feed him canjeero left overs 
. I give my two sense to her..told her to fucking stop starving him( the little time I was there I use to buy hilib for him)...and she was beyond puzzled that I was advocating for a dam dog ...these locals are ruthless, this chick gets $700 a month by brother and she can't even feed a dog

build a shelter, waar have you seen how some somali people live in houses made from twigs, and plastic. do you think, local government have resources to build shelter for mutt if there isn't enough hospital and school and orphanages.
also, I don't condone burying them alive, that next level evil. but these animals, are filthy and disease, do you know how many disease are carried by fleas and ticks especially in the topics. these animals defecate everywhere and their unburied carcasses are health hazard. states give licenses to kill, deer, Kangaros, Elephants even camels in Australia when they breed to much, what the big deal with shoot a few dogs especially if it for the public good.

Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “A prostitute saw a dog lolling around a well on a hot day and hanging his tongue from thirst. She drew some water for it in her shoe, so Allah forgave her.” عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً بَغِيًّا رَأَتْ كَلْبًا فِي يَوْمٍ حَارٍّ يُطِيفُ بِبِئْرٍ قَدْ أَدْلَعَ لِسَانَهُ مِنْ الْعَطَشِ فَنَزَعَتْ لَهُ بِمُوقِهَا فَغُفِرَ لَهَا
No religion ever said Kill animals or dogs. reer waqooyi majority of them are narrow-minded. No offensive.
We have to be kind and love all animals.
