8 - xeerkani wuxuu yidhi waxa caruur looga jeedaa qof da’diisu ka yartahay 18 jir sida ku cad boga erey bixinta , taas oo macnaheedu yahay in qofka ka yar 18 jir aanu qaan gaadh ahayn , iyada oo la ogyahay in shereecadu qaan gaadhka iyo ka gudubka axkaamta caruurnimo ku xadaysay in uu dhamaysto 15 sano oo dayax tirsi ah, sida ku cad xadiiska ibnu cumar, mad-habka shaaficiyaduna dhigayso , sidoo kale xeerkani wuxuu meesha ka saaray calaamadaha kale ee qaan gaadhka ee ay ka mid tahay:
inuu qofku arko biyaha taranka ama
dhiigga caadada ku waas oo la heli karo inta aanay u dhamaan 15 sanadood .
Arintana waxa ka dhalanaya waxyaabo badan oo ay ka mid tahay in laga rido waajibaadkii qofka qaan gaadhka ah shareecadu saartay , lana marin ciqaabta ka dhalata fal danbiyeedyada uu galo iyo in la lumiyo xuquuq uu yeelan lahaa marka uu qaan gaadho sida masuuliyada ka saaran naftiisa maalkiisa iyo cida kale ee uu masuul ka noqon lahaa.
9 – Xeerkani wuxuu ka dhigay qofka sharci daro ku xidhan ee khiyaarkiisa kula sinaystay qof kale mid khasban oo ka mid ah dadka aan ogolaanshaha bixin Karin , sidoo kale wuxuu ka dhigay qof khasban oo aan ogolaansho bixin karin qofka khiyaarkiisa kula sinaystay qof ka meeqaan iyo awood sareeya . iyada oo aynu ogsoonahay in qofka qaan gaadhka ah ee miyirkiis iyo maankiisa qaaba uu ogolaansho bixin karo mar hadii aanu khasbanayn , inuu xidhanyahay ama laga meeqaan sareeyaana ka dhigi mayso mid khasban .( eeg qodobka 1aad ee erey bixinta ).
10 – Xeerkani wuxuu ku soo koobay is qaawinta anshax darada ah ee ciqaab lagu mutaysanayo inuu dadka dhexdiisa si ula kaca isugu qaawiyo ( mudug iska dhigo ) ama uu ka faydo marada xubnihiisa taranka . ( eeg qodobka 14 aad ) .
Taasi oo macnaheedu noqonaya in hadii qofku muujiyo qaar ka mid ah xubnaha ay shareecadu cawro u taqaan marka laga reebo xubnaha taranka oo kali ah , in aanay ahayn anshax daro ciqaab lagu mutaysan karo , waana sida ku cad xeerarka gaalada ee xeerkan lagasoo dheegatay dhaqana u ah gaalada manta joogta ee aynu aragno .
11 – Xeerkani wuxuu kala duwayaa ciqaabta kufsiyada iyo xadgudubyada jinsi ee ka dhaca qaybaha bulshada ee kala duwan sida madaxda dadka da'ada ah iyo kuwa meeqaamka bulshada dhexdeeda ku leh iyo kuwa kale ee bulshada ka mid ah ,si khilaafsan shareecada islaamka , iyada oo aynu ogsoonahay in shareecada islaamku aanay ku dhisin xadka sinada dabaqadaha bulshada ee qofku ka tirsanyahay marka laga reebo xornimada iyo adoon nimada . ( eeg qodobka 7 aad faqradiisa 1 aad ) ( qodobka 10 aad faqradihiis 1 aad 2 aad 3 aad) .
12 – Xeerkani wuxuu meesha ka saaray oo aanu soo hadal qaadinba dhamaan cadaymihii shareecadu u dhigtay sugida qofku inuu sinaysatay ama wax kufsaday sida qiraal iyo markhaatiyaal looga qaateen ah . ( eeg qodobada khuseeya cadaymaha ee ku hoos jira qodobka 32 aad ).

5- Wuxuu meel kadhac ku yahay sharafta dadka .
6- Wuxuu fasaxayaa anshax xumada is qaawintu ka mid tahay .
7- Wuxuu luminayaa xuquuqda dadka qaaarkood sida waalidka iyo dad qaangaadh ah oo uu ula dhaqmayo sida caruurta .
8- Wuxuu dhigayaa ciqaabyo aan isu miisaanayn caqli iyo sharci midna aan ku salaysnayn .
9- Waxa ka muuqda is burin sida marka uu ka hadlayo qofka caruur loo aqoonsanayo .
10- Xeerkani wuxuu sheegay ciqaabyo kali ah mana sheegin fal danbiyeedyadaa wixii lagaga hor tagi lahaa gebi ahaan ba.
11- Xeerkani wuxuu meesha ka saaray wixii islaax ah ( heshiis ) ee dhex mara dhibgaystaha iyo qof ka dhibanha ah, iyadoo la ogsoon yahay in shariicadu ogoshahay in qofka dhibana ahi cafis iyo saamaxaad bixin karo.

Waxaanu ku talinaynaa oo soo jeedinaynaa in xeerkaa shariicada islaamka iyo dhaqankeena kasoo horjeeda meesha laga saaro oo la laalo shariicadana lagu soo dabaalo..
