I couldn't recognize the xaafad when i was there last summer. I remember when plaza was just 10 houses between the airport and the city plaza hotel lol.

Depends, if you want 24x12m, 24x24m 36x24 etc. But the average house costs between $40 - 85k. If you want big house and big land, then maybe $200k - $250k
