It is not Somaliland region job to collect the debt (if it exists). If Ahmed owes that money to the bank let them send official representatives or open a court case in France (since it is claimed the bank is owned by France).

The court was agreed with Djibouti last year. It is not something new. It was Djibouti that requested it.
