Abaarso is tough they have a lower acceptance rate than the vast majority of western universities. It will be hard for any other school in Somaliland to compete alx for this school were they also built by foreigners or was this one local?
And Sheikh School is open to all Somalis regardless of where they're from.
Do you think there is a curriculum to abaarso that is different? Also how hard is it for a school to get accredited I am actually involved in the development of schools in many different Somali areas.

shoutout to the cadaan who started this school, but I googled more and I had to stop reading.

The emphasis on students from a "FAILED STATE", was just fucking annoying.

Somalia isn't a failed state. You can call it a failed leadership or failed government but what it's not is a failed state.

Look at all that has been built in Somalia and accomplished since the war and we haven't even had a real government until Famaajo. Somalis had to build everything themselves because the country was too chaotic for investment. We built power systems, we built telecom system(some of the best in africa), etc and we didn't even have government backing.

I just can't stand to see the words "Failed state", it's so fucking triggering.
