Cirro being the party chosen candidate for the presidency doesn't change anything he's still the top man of the party and its founder however next year is the opening of political associations and the 3 parties licenses is about to expire so HY or GX don't need to keep funding Waddani another HY or GX dominated party could be founded by prominent HY politicians that would be a supporter to future president Cirro who's luckily going to be independent president but closer to his tolkey party.

Nah everything you have stated is almost entirely false.
Wadani and Kulmiye candidates are HY and Ha respectively and they are vying for Hj votes because whichever side they vote will most likely win. By giving them the chairmanship of Wadani , Cirro is attempting to entice them and break up the old alliance.
No one dominates no one . If anyone dominates SL it is probably the Habar Awal clan . They have held Presidency the longest and have all the economic advantages.
