We'll have to wait for official figures, but I forecast less than 5k margin in favor of WADANI. Kulmiye strategy from the beginning was to divide WADANI's support base, to that end, they've put a lot of work in Awdal. I'm getting word Kulmiye has won with overall margin close to 80k

Not really, Ciise, Maxad Case and Habar Cafaan have mostly voted for Kulmiye against Makaahil who are mostly Wadani. So the close margin is understandable.

I hope these regions are not penalized for that and get marginalized even more than they already were.
