I only learned about them some posts ago because they are irrelevant. I stayed in Hargeisa for a while and they were reading poems about Majerteen and Darod not even joking.
All these sub clans don't mean shit if all of them don't exceed the 20k mark

Isaaq is several hundred years younger than Darood. That being said the landheer Isaaq lineages actually exist in Sacad Muuse where the landheer lineages such as the Suldaans count about 25 names to the Sheikh.
@Abdalla @Karim The one thing I don't understand is why the Majeerteen lineages are so much longer than those of even the other Daroods. Majeerteen and Dhulbahante are apparently brothers yet the Majeerteen Boqor counts 13 generations more to Darood Ismaciil than the Dhulbahante Garaad.

MJ, OG and WG count about the same from what I've seen.
The OG ugaas that died (AUN) some 10 years ago counted close to 30 (28 if I'm not mistaken) to Absame.
Suldaan Siciid Suldaan C/salaam the Warsangeli suldaan counts 30 to Harti as do I, an MJ. I'm yet to see any Daarood sub clan that has as short a lineage as the Dhulbahante have. I guess there are some names that are skipped since they didn't branch of to more than one segment.
