That's in most fast food stores that cater to many different demographics, no time to change gloves as it gets hectic in there. Muslims who work there told me this.The fish is already made, they keep in a warm cupboard or whatever it's called and then just lightly fry it after its ordered. It's not that popular so tends to be there all day. So it's just a gross burger made by gross people.
