Somalis being murdered in London

3 out of the 4 are confirmed Sudanese
where you getting that? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cv22ydr7v3ko

The light skin with the long face is Barawani or Reer Xamar I think:

The dark skin is Somali. I think the EL Gamri kid might be Sudani? in the documentary, there was another character who was flees and then is caught in Holland. He was definitely farax.

That said, the police in the programme does keep referring to them as "Somalians" and there is almost agenda of whitewashing the victim (drug dealer) and his white Hooyo, who is an utter failure of a mother and human being. if these guys are mostly Sudani and the Somali element was overplayed it would be an example of racism against Somalis.

Two of the 4 surnames are Seedahmed and Elgamri. That automatically rules them out of being Somali. I believe the Yaqhub guy isn’t Somali too but no confirmation.

So 1/2 out of the 4 are Somali. Wow this is a disgrace I didn’t know they referred to the group directly. Can you send the link if possible? And is there any way of being able to rectify this?

@pinkyandthebrain take a look at this.

They're clearly Sudani their surname sounds sudani
They are not Somali.

Just shows how less and less somalis are involved in crime. Great development, UK diaspora had the first somali gangs and still are active.

We can use this and the GCSEs as an example for the rest of diasporas. We are improving and only going to trend upwards.
What do you think the biggest change is?

Me personally I’ve seen a lot of hooyos get their kids games now so they can play online. So they don’t leave the house. It’s producing results but I don’t think it’s the best strategy long term.

But they name dropped us, this is definitely grounds for defamation.
They named drop us because we are an easy target and we aren't an organised community. That's why many people dunk on us all the time. This is defamation. And they will continue unless we create a organisation to debunk these claims.

My point is it’s a big TV channel, can we not do something now? There definitely has to be some form of liability for this. We need to find the clip itself for context.

If they said something about the majority being Somalian, there’s a defamation case there as we can prove that’s a lie.

I sent in the first link. Watch the documentary and you'll get more insight into the whole story. Seedahmed could be Reer Xamar.

We need @Riftvalley to see if he can find the specific comments. If he can’t I’ll look myself
I don't think it is anything the police can get into trouble for. The family of the deceased are the ones who gave the police the info about " her son having an issue with a Somalian gang". Channel 4 will simply say it was a live police investigation and that is the information that was being investigated at that point.

The skinny light skin was previously stabbed by her older son and accomplices. I believe there must be an issue in that area with a group of predominately of Somalis (along with Sudanese and Arabs) with the group of the mixed raced family/others. Now that I think back, I believe the light skin kid did mention being Somali. There was also another Somali who fled and was extradited, but his name is not in the article. An Arab guy also jailed for this murder.

Somali kids today are alot less violent and are growing up in an environment that is less violent. That is due to somali civil war calming down over the years and western countries crime rate falling.

First somali gang members were born in the 80s and came to the west as refugees. Experiencing war as a child roughens you up. Many, if not most of them came without parents to the west and close family was not good enough substitute.

Then these refugees from wartorn country settled in impoverished, crime ridden areas. A bad combo.

Anecdotally, there isn’t crazy violent kids that much anymore. Any place somalis congregated, there was always young boys who were hyperviolent. Violence was much more common back in the day, for example fights were everyday occurence in schools, nowadays thats not the case. These boys eventually graduated from fighting to stabbings and finally to shootings.

Sweden is the only western countries where violence has gone up and the somalis who participated in its rise, where all born in 80s or 90s, and very early 2000s. Even then, somalis have calmed down over there too as biggest somali gangs have stopped their activities.

Somali families arrive to a new area > dominant local groups try to bully young Somali boys > Somali boys band together > Somali boys start getting killed > Somali men start killing > Somali men take over their areas and push out other groups > Somali gangs vs Somali gangs fight each-other to a standstill > crime rate declines rapidly > Somali families make sure the new generation of Somali boys avoid the path of their older brothers and uncles > Somali boys go to school and university with no issues.

I’ve been keeping an eye out on the stats, I saw this one pretty recently.

Picture of the victim in the article. First of all AUN and prayers and thoughts to his family.

Kids called Mohammed Adam Abdi, very somali name but doesn’t really look it. Doesn’t even look like an cadcad either. Does anybody know anything about him?
