Most of the worlds pandemics came from people experimenting with food, from mers to ebola to covid-19. Please do your food experimentations outside somalia.
They want us to ‘experiment’ with bats, dogs and monkeys like the gaalos :pachah1:

I am calling PL govt to cut itself from Somalia and go it's own way so we don't have to share this economic pain. I want to send puntite students in hospitality courses to india-malaysia-japan-china to at least master eastern food and innovation and then slowly to france-italy-germany to master western food and value chain.

Waxanu uu bahan nahay at least 2000-5000 hospitality students in puntland who can learn all the different techniques for fishery-meat-chickens-rice-pasta-vegetarian and so much more, war at least waxan basicka ah hadi aadan samaynin karin waa ceeb wayn markad dad islameed wadankaga invite garanaysid and u serve them basta with suugo kkkkkkkkkkkkk in your restaurant. A restaurant is about an experience that is superior to the home cooking and your serving basic dishes that people eat monday to friday at home.
The first time I showed this Somali mom how to cook panang curry stew as alternative to Somali suug she begged and pleaded with me to come back and cook it again and again lol. You know, even our humble suug lacks variations. You have Indians and Ethiopian who have 15 variations of their stews(which have similar taste profile to ours). And the pasto iyo suug is actually borrowed from the Italian spaghetti bolognese. I didn’t know this until recently but our laxoox or canjelo is from Yemen. Our Sabaayad or kamiis is remarkably similar to the Indian chapti. Soor is obviously borrowed from Kenya. It honestly does appear that our national or natural cuisine is really just cano iyo hilb which makes sense for our pastoral nomadic background I guess.
