Somalia and Ethiopia should have been the best allies instead we had Siad Barre with his dumb foreign policy attacking our next door country. Ogadens who are under Ethiopia are Ethiopians but the ones in Somalia are Somalians. Ogadens today speak Somali and Amharic and Oromos for example to day speak Oromo and Amharic. They are Ethiopians and that is it!
